Yoga Back On

Since I have been back to the normal school schedule I must admit that a few things that I put off doing is back on the daily grind.

I am enjoying my early morning Yoga that I did not do as often due to one thing or the other. Now, it is back on and I am loving it with a new luster! Maybe taking the break away from doing it every day was what I really needed to do.

I actually purchased yoga blocks to help with the regime that I am doing. I will tell you that this has been a little bit harder to get used to but I am 100% positive that once I have worked out the quirks it will be so beneficial!
