Meditation Help
We are always on the look out for various techniques and information that we feel may help our students. Especially with meditation since this is something that learning is never ending and we can always use the knowledge of something new that may help us to achieve our goals.
If you are interested here is a great site that is super easy to navigate and use. There are a few sections on meditations that may help you. Although it is suggested that you first print the exercise and/or instructions first to read them then listen to the audio. We listened and it was very interesting to hear an others opinion and technique.
Offering videos as well you might just find something that will help aide you on your path. If you are looking for CE credits that is based on Spiritual Awareness this is a good starting point to help you with this.
Most of the students here is always on the look out for more help with their Spiritual Awareness so this is a nice spot to gain a bit more knowledge.
I personally found the video of Getting the joke of our ego. I sent this to an associate that needed a little help with his Spiritual Awareness relating to his ego. Which of course our egos is a lot of what helps us remain at a stand still and not progress!
