With school soundly behind us my youngest son has decided that he wants to begin riding lessons. He is already active in Karate (a green belt!) so I was somewhat worried about spreading his time to thin. Not to mention the costs of purchasing equestrian riding apparel for him.

I found a great place that did not cost me very much in getting his gear and he has sworn to me that he will have all the time in the world to do his chores, Karate and other activities. We shall have to wait and see on all this though. You might say that the jury is still out on this. haha

So he will begin his lessons next week. I see a request for a horse on the horizon some time soon!
