Every year we strongly urge our students to grow a small herbal or even a floral garden. This way you are able to tend something, no matter how small and reap the crop for the winters use.

Many times as we are tending our gardens we have the time to not think so to speak yet we come up with many things that seem to come from no where at all.

Instead of sitting inside playing your nintendo ds go out into the fresh air and tend your gardens.

It is a wonderful time to relax, sometimes giving you the time to meditate while doing this. You may find the answers that you are looking for while you are tending!
