Once a month or more it seems that we discuss the importance of checking your spam folder for emails. Instead of checking there for any communication first we are told that we did not send any emails.

Now, we send the emails out but if your email server has judged it spam we have no control over this. It is really a nuisance to hear that there is no communication being found.

We only keep certain emails for less than a month. Some we will save & print out for your student files. There are times that we have sat around and talked about getting a barcode scanner to just scan all the numbers instead of the staff inputting manually! Might be easier in the long run.

So before you state you NEVER got an email think and look again----->In your spam folder!!!
