This is more for the new students but those that have been with us for a long while might read this and take note as well.

Please remember that when you are logging into your account that all passwords and user names are LOWER CASE only. It appears that in this weekend alone (and it is not over yet) that there has been numerous students trying to log in and failing. When tech admin goes to their sites the log in is just fine.

Remember in your intro email the instructions state clearly about the no caps which we thought would be easier for all that use passwords.

Over most weekends we are closed. There is a skeleton crew that does work for tech issues only.

Now that I have hopefully cleared this up for now I can go back to looking at the web hosting reviews that I have been putting off for way to long in hopes of finding one that is a little or even a lot better than what we have right now! I won't go through the details all over again as I have ranted and ranted over the past few years about this! haha
