What I would like each of our students to do and think about this weekend is a mediation for Mabon.

Consider this an extra assignment for one and all. If you have a special one that you use and would like to share that would be great to see.

So this weekend it is up to you to create a short and simple Mabon mediation that may be used by all. Please do not make it so complicated that it is not worth doing! Keep it simple and meaningful.

Also our thoughts go out to the Crater family as they recently had the news that one of their family members was diagnosed with cancer. I am not sure the type although I hear it was something such as Mesothelioma cancer but not sure. No matter what type I am sure that all students will say a little something and send extra light and energy to them!
