Sleeping Troubles

It happens to the best of us that is for sure. Trouble sleeping. whether it is for one night or a longer duration of a week or maybe two. No matter what we do we toss and turn, turn and toss. Sleep evades us completely.

Trying everything under the sun to help but nothing seems to at all. Instead of turning to taking OTC sleeping pills you might try something a little easier and safer!

I picked some up myself and found that it did take the edge off and I did seem to drift off to sleep after about a week of not sleeping good at all.
