We have had a slew, and I mean a slew, of fellow students NOT answering their emails. When this happens we have to wonder what is going on.

Communications that are sent usually need replying when we are trying to contact you. Most times it is about account updates, form submissions or even asking if your account log ins are fine and dandy.

IF we do not hear back from you it is as though we are in limbo. Getting that frustrated feeling like seeking information about car insurance when we are looking. I know that feeling as I have been doing that for my son and the feeling is not a good one!

We flag those students waiting and waiting for replies with dates and times sent.

So if you need to reply to your emails do not put it off!
