Is it hot or what? Seems like the temps nearly all over are reaching higher than high. I feel for those that have to bear the three digit temps over extended periods of time. Here it is hot, humid and just nasty feeling.

One thing that my one son has complained about is that with the heat & playing sports is the acne break outs that he and his friends are experiencing. That is a no no in high school!

So he has taken to using the natural acne treatment that I have perfected for him. Even his friends are using it now. It works well, costs little and easy to use. It made me laugh when his best friend came over to ask me to make some for him. He is a jokster and even though he is just like a member of the family felt a little more uncomfy at asking for it. haha

He and my son's skin is now on the way back to being clear. Sure wish the temps would be on the way to lowering!
