No More Insomnia

We have all had bouts of insomnia. It is terrible to say the least. Yet most of us do not wish to use the over the counter sleeping aids no matter how safe they say they are. Most of the time they do not work or when they do they give you that hang over feeling the next day.

Try using the natural sleep aids of passionflower, hops, valerian, skullcap, and chamomile for your sleep ailments. These may be used in teas that are soothing right before bed. If you do not like the taste try a dab of honey in the tea to sweeten a little bit.

These seem to work well and side effects are no where near pills.

Of course before using any herbal remedy please check with your MD to make sure it will not harm you or conflict with any medications that you may be on right now.
