For this Saturday's thoughts we had a tough time as there were so many that were good! But trying to figure out something that would relate to the weather and staying well was a little harder to do. Keep a watch out for those nasty colds and flu's that are going to start creeping up on those that are out in the nasty elements. I think that my daughter who is having a baby in April (a boy!) has not been ill with colds and flu's this winter due to the fact of taking prenatal vitamins she gets at prenatalvitamins.org .
