To Think About-Short Assignment

This week we would like our students to think about 'changes'. What changes would you like to make?

Now, this may seem harder than it really is. What we would like you to do is make a list of those changes you would like to see in one year. Go through the list and choose something that is really important to you. Take for example the person that wishes to stop smoking White Owl cigars or something similar.

Now, take a hard look at this change that you would like to make. Why not use this week as the leaping board to start this change? If this is to hard choose something smaller to change. Working up to the harder change that you would like to make. Each time we change something to take away stress may be a challenge no matter how big or small but in the end it is worth it.

So make those lists, choose something and start this week to change!
