It seems that clarification is needed regarding student accounts.

Each course is set up for one year (Unless you have the lifetime) . Each student may check their account pages to see what the anniversary dates are. It is in plain view on the personal page.

Upon expiration of this date there is time allowed for re-enrollment but after this date the student account is disabled and taken down. Placed on hold for a period of time. We do not send out re-newel notices so it is up to the individual student to keep a watch on this date. It is not our responsibility to tell you when this date expires.

Just like watching out for ways on how to burn fat you must watch for your expiration date as well!
