Limited space is one thing that stops a lot of people from having an altar set up in their homes. Another is privacy and not wishing to have those folks that might not understand the why or what's they are for.

I have found that many times using the simpler items and furniture that can blend into nearly any decor can be used. Such as tv stands that you may purchase new or at a local thrift store. End of the season garage sales might be another avenue to travel down!





TV stands come in all styles, sizes and shapes. I have one in my room that has doors that inside I have supplies stashed inside. Mine looks somewhat like this picture to give you an idea of what I am talking about.

Open stands are also wonderful with the shelves that you can use for many ideas. Plus you can blend in everyday items to make it look just like a knick knck shelf with flowers or whatever on!
