For the sake of sanity this should be something that is a no brainer. We have sent individual emails and posted here about this but STILL to no avail. The same people keep doing the same thing. Sending questions to the wrong email address. No matter how many times we issue the "For further communication send all inquiries to: blah blah" the same ones refuse to do so.

THEN complain if they do not get a response. You are told to send inquires to the proper department and any other accounts there will be a delay in communication. Also we said that any further sendings will not receive answers at all. Harsh? Yes. Rules are rules guys and gals and that is the bottom line here.


With that I am going to go relax and look up Branson vacations to fantasize about going on!!!!
