Finding Time & Space

One thing that we do not have is a lot of time. Running here, there and every where we run out of steam. Talking with a few of the staff and students I asked how they would suggest others to find that time for their special space. We all have that one place that is our sacred space. The place that we go to for our workings, meditation or just energize.

There are many sacred spaces that we have set up. Some are more unconventional than others, like one of the students in the group has set up a space in the bath area as that is the only place they can lock the door and have time alone. With the giggles you could hear a couple others also admitted that the bath area has been theirs as well in the past. Does not matter as long as you are comfortable and able to do what it is you wish to do.

Any space, whether big or small can be made into that space that is just yours. Even if it is for 30 minutes, it is your sacred space and time. And you may have more than one place to call your own.

Choose that place that brings you comfort and inner peace. Take the time each day, no matter what is on that list of to do's to spend at least 15 minutes to reflect, ground and energize. You do have the time, you just may not realize it.

Of course, one thing that while discussing the bath area space our resident smart alec had to ask Maiden Jay if while she was in there she was tempted to clean out her medicine cabinet throwing out things like old or outdated fat burner supplement  and other nasty things stored in the cabinet. I will tell you if looks could kill! haha

Everyone deserves that special place and time. Start with 5 minutes and work your way up to 30 minutes a day. You will be pleasantly surprised with the results. It may also help your workings as well!
