I know that we are not the only ones that got hit by the snow today. It was so nice to wake up and see everything covered by a blanket of snow. Nothing like seeing a Washington DC dentist with the pain that you know will surely be there. haha

I love the snow. Coming from California of course we had to travel to play in it. Here the children just venture out the back or front doors do so.

Although the first few snows are so wonderful after that it is not so pretty. It gets tiresome cleaning up after those trampling in and out all day long. Snow turns to muck and mud and then just brown. Lovely sounding isn't it?

By the end of the snow season I am one of the first ones to welcome the spring. Which brings more snow! But for now I am enjoying the scenic wonder of it all
