Cooking Over the Holidays

This month we are going to post some great healthy grilling recipes. With all the left over turkey and ham we thought it would , make some great  information for those that are trying to eat healthy and still eat all the treats that are going to start popping up all over the place.

Eating and exercise should be high on your list this season of maintaining. Do not be fooled by the starting a diet at the start of a new year. Continued healthy maintenance will ensure no major weight gains over the holidays.

I know its hard. I can hardly resist some of the snacks that are available towards the end of the month. I mean it all looks so yummy that saying no just isn't in my vocabulary!

We will start the posting on the recipes the second week of December!
