You know as we were all sitting around this afternoon on the home theater furniture we were talking about just how sad this weekend has been.

First it was the death of Bernie Mac. He was one of my all time favorite comedians and I loved his show. It was just what a week or so that he was at the Obama dinner making a rukus. Something that I thought was funny in a way.

With his death and the news of such still pounding in your ears and hearts there is yet another death. That of the great Issac Hayes. How many of us listened to him when he first started singing his way to stardom? I remember having his songs and playing them over and over again. And they were not on an iPod!

Such a sad weekend in as far as two wonderful stars passing away.
