There are so many really good writers out there. A lot of those writers are free lance. Taking jobs that they find by businesses that are seeking to hire those to fill staff positions yet only on a per job rate. Sometimes finding these jobs, unless you have been in this trade for a very long time, is really hard to locate. This makes sense as sometimes we as business owners only need a short time individual to get a certain job accomplished. Instead of hiring someone on the staff for a longer period then letting them go we are able to start off the job with a person knowing it is for a certain amount of time and exactly what is expected from them.
