Dark Night Of The Soul
It is something that so many will experience more than once in their mystical lifetime. The dark night of the soul is a lonely, barren feeling that one will have cover them as if a blanket has been tossed on their body.
Feeling as though nothing is working. Their spells and magick is not working at all. No matter how they try still nothing. It is as though they never knew how to do even the simplest of workings. Simple workings that one has done time and time again just lays there. Nothing is there. Nothing is coming to them.
Emptiness abounds. Calls to the deities are ignored. Or so it is felt. The individual has the feeling of being lost or abandoned by their beloved chosen ones. Doubts and fears settle in. It is a very troubling time.
During this time many will walk off the path. Feeling as though they are lost. Beginning to search again, yet finding nothing. Often times they will have a spark and return-Healed or ready to proceed with the ritual that will help them to over come this very dark time.
The ritual of the Dark Night of the Soul is not a ritual that should be done just because you are feeling lost. It is more than that. You will know you are there as your soul begins to cry out in spiritual pain.
Under taking this ritual should be started with a process or steps in order to ready you for the actual ritual.
During this month we will be explaining the ritual and the ways in which to prepare for it. We are anticipating that this will be in at least 6 parts as it is something that is so unique and extreme that we want to explain as much in detail as possible
It is not one that is like any other ritual you will have done in your practice. This is a ritual that is not for everyone either. And should only be done with extreme care.
Most of us have only done this once or twice in a lifetime. Most will tell you that it was a very odd, painful and hard ritual that they have ever been through and would not do it again.
I personally have only participated once. My experiences during this ritual will be presented towards the end of the segments.
