Mid Week Meditation Thought

This was passed along to me by one of our students after they had been reading the different things they have found on meditation. One part of his studies here at the school is the section on meditation so researching, practicing and gaining more knowledge is a part of the lessons.

We find that when those that need to find inner balance begin to meditate they begin to open their selves up to many more avenues on the path that they have begun to travel. Opening the mind to actually seeing what they see.

Great thought! Thank you for sending it to us to share with your fellow students and staff.

Don't forget to bring the good experiences of meditation into your daily activities.

Instead of acting and reacting impulsively and following your thoughts and feelings here and there,

watch your mind carefully, be aware, and try to deal skillfully with problems as they arise.

If you can do this each day, your meditation will have been successful.
