In July I am going to go on a short trip to Chicago for a meeting. There are so many things to do in Chicago that I am hoping I have the time to actually be a tourist. I know that when my daughter and son in law went they came home raving about the things that they did and saw. Loved the pics. So I am hoping that there will be some time to squeeze some fun in.

One thing is for certain lately I have been missing living in California. This is the time of year that we started checking with online travel guides for unique short trips.

Most were ocean get aways and you know there is always a lot things to do in San Francisco and the surrounding area. Camping was a big part of that. Ah well. Time to make changes and new favorite haunting grounds!
