Since this is the Summer Solstice weekend there are no and I repeat NO assignments for students. WooHoo!


Many will be celebrating either in groups or solitary so there just was no time to add anything as far as an assignment goes.

We did give a handful of eager 3rd year students an assignment by their request. Actually this was given two weeks ago. Each of these individuals have been working on writing a complete ritual for the Solstice. From start to finish. Plus they actually have to use it and write a report on what did or did not happen during this time. There are 4 writing for group participation and 15 on solitary participation.

Why the im-balance in numbers? Out of 50 that placed their names into a proverbial hat these were the ones that fit the criteria to complete this. Looking at all student files and communication choosing was not easy. Rest assured that those that were not chosen for one reason or the other will have a chance in the near future to complete an assignment such as this.
