For The Birds
We have three birds. Well, actually I have three birds. One cockatiel and 2 parakeets. Named Lola, the Cockatiel and Maggie Mae and Hazy Dazy, the parakeets. If you have birds then you know just how noisy these tiny little creatures can be. haha
Not only that how entertaining and company they are. Each one has its own individual personality and mine are all ready to show it to you. Lola, is the queen. When she wants attention she does all her sounds, words and songs. Her favorite song to whistle is the Copacabana. Because the song has Lola in it I used to sing it to her over and over. She dances to it as well. She is a character.
My parakeets are the funniest pair to me. The fight, they sing and they screech. One thing is for certain they need nice cages. The parakeets are housed in a nice big cage for the two. Big enough to fly around and do what they do.
Lola though has a big cage but I have been looking for something that is bigger and prettier. Since they are all in the family room their cages need to fit in. I saw just the cage for Lola. It is a Victorian styled cage. The one that caught my eye was the large one with the attractive cabinets under neath. I really liked that as I keep the bird food and treats right next to them this would be perfect to store it out of sight. It is made of Wrought Iron and is safe for the little critters, as you know they love to gnaw on the cages.
What makes this even more unique is you are able to choose your own colors. Usually I have seen them for the larger birds in either the black, brass or white. Here though you have 6 colors to choose from. You are able to choose the cage color to match your room decor. Very nice!
Over at YCA Cages there are a lot of various styles, colors and even accessories to choose from. Prices are reasonable as that is something that I know from shopping for cages. Usually they are ill built and high priced. These are neither. They are quality made and within a good price range.
I was a little astonished that the cage I liked was so inexpensive. I have seen similar at least a hundred to two hundred dollars more.
So if you have birds and want them housed in
