Mother's Day Gift Idea

Mother's Day is sneaking up on us quickly. Have you given any thought as to what you are giving your mother? Or if you are a mother what do you want as a gift? I know my children have asked me numerous times what I want. For some reason they have excluded my usual gift request of For everyone to just get a long. haha My standard gift request for all holidays and birthdays since they became a certain age of understanding and purchasing gifts.

Since I have been told that gift is just not going to happen and to get real, this year I told them what I wanted. A real gift this time. I have a Mothers birth stone ring. A present years ago that I do still wear when I remember it. Having all the children's birthstones on the ring is so pretty. This year I saw another unique idea and that is for the Bow Birthstone Baby Shoe Pendant. This can be a charm or worn as a necklace.

I like that the child's name is engraved along with their date of birth on the bottom of the shoe. Since I have a charm bracelet, always adding to it, I did ask for one thing that is different. Since on my bracelet I already have gang on there I want this gift to have my future grandchild's name and date on it. I would like to have a new collection started of birthstone jewelry which is for grand children.

Now, my first grandchild is due in August, and it is a boy for those that know me you can well wish later, I think this is a great addition. Yes the baby and the bow baby shoe charm. Since the baby isn't going to be born until August my children agreed to purchase this then. We know the name just waiting for his grand entrance.

What will I get this year for a Mother's Day fill in gift? Certainly not them all getting along. Then again if they did that I would think that aliens abducted and switched them all. Hmm, that is another story.

So go over and look at the fabulous birth stone pieces and start thinking about your Mother's Day gift!
