Those payday loan places are nothing but sharks waiting for chum and the people walking into their doors ARE the chum.
They charge huge interest rates (30% or more) and you only have until the next payday to pay it off.
If you're like the majority of people who need a service like that, there is no way you can afford to do that and still buy groceries or gas. So then you have to "roll" it, get hit with another interest charge, etc etc -- you see where I'm heading here?
Payday loans are BAD and should be abolished by the government. They are usurious to the extreme and a contributing cause to some of the credit issues we're facing in this country today.

As I see it the people take the loans out. They are the ones that should indeed read the fine print. Like it said don't borrow more than you can afford. Get off your soap box

You know I saw this same ad on over ten sites. Do you post comments on each one that you see? I mean come on its a paid ad. Who cares? I dont think that none of the students care. Read it and move on to what we come here for. We know that the funds that are generated here are going for the Christmas Food & Toy drive that is done every year. So what if you dont like it. This ad generated funds for a good cause
