Our month was filled with balance. Which is surprising as there always seems to be something that may knock us for a loop. Not in a bad way, just happens.

The one thing that we have noticed is your interest in the blog. Personally, as I have seen in the past the less than perfect readership and even participation with students, I did not think it would go over. To my surprise our students are actually reading and enjoying.

Ah, your Mistress lost a bet with her staff. Who by the way are laughing over coffee and donut's. May their hips expand, after work today. haha I am glad that the participation level has increased. Which leads us back to that dreaded topic of the forum.

We have the one, which you all know that I detest. Student participation is LOW. Which makes me wonder of course if a new forum would even be time worthy. Yes, we have the new one that we have been working on as time permits but it is always last on the list. Why? Well, I will explain.

Corrections, student counseling, student set ups and other admin duties take up a vast amount of time. Some of the extra things that we devise are usually worked on over the weekend. Done either by myself or volunteers so some ideas take longer to see develop.

By the emails and phone calls to the school we are listening to your words. A forum, possible pod casts, blogs among other suggestions have been taken note of.

If the forum is brought to life, we will make a new terms of service for students. I hear those sighs of Oh No!

The month of March was a great one.
